Distant Sales Agreement

1. PARTIES

This Distance Sales Agreement is entered into between the following parties:

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement sets forth the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products/services ordered electronically by the Buyer through the website www.minipanoramics.com, as well as their specifications and sale price as stated on the website.

3. FORMATION OF THE AGREEMENT

By placing an order on the Seller’s website, the Buyer agrees to the following terms:

The essential characteristics and price of the product,

Payment and delivery terms,

Right of withdrawal and return conditions.

The Agreement becomes effective upon the Seller’s confirmation of the order.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

The Buyer shall make the payment using one of the payment methods provided by the Seller. The processing of the order is subject to payment confirmation.

5. DELIVERY

The product/service will be delivered to the Buyer via email or digital download within [specified period] from the order confirmation.

If there is a delay in delivery, the Seller will promptly inform the Buyer.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days in accordance with the applicable distance sales regulations. However, digital content and customized products are not eligible for withdrawal.

7. RETURN CONDITIONS

Returns are accepted only in their original condition and with an invoice.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the payment will be refunded to the Buyer within 10 business days.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Turkish law shall govern any disputes arising between the parties, and the local courts of the Seller’s jurisdiction shall have authority over such disputes.

9. EFFECTIVE DATE

This Agreement takes effect on the date it is electronically approved by the Buyer.
