The Sultan Ahmet Mosque is there with its believers and those who come to discover one of the most beautiful symbols of the Islamic faith. Mosque; It is called the Blue Mosque by Europeans because it resembles blue, green and white Iznik tiles and because the inside of its half-domes and large dome are decorated with mostly blue hand-drawn work. The most important aspect of this building, both architecturally and artistically, is that it is decorated with more than twenty thousand Iznik tiles. The diameter of the central dome, which is 43 meters high, is 23 meters. His writings were written by Seyyid Kasım Gubarî from Diyarbakır. Sultan Ahmet is Turkey's first mosque with 6 minarets. Its design constitutes the culmination of the 200-year synthesis of Ottoman architecture and Byzantine church architecture. As I was walking out of the courtyard of the mosque alone and silently, I turned around and thought that the architect Sedefkar Mehmet Ağa had designed the Mosque by standing at this gate.
